Hey everyone... well music can be a fun and difficult thing. Finding bands that you enjoy but also your parents wont get mad at you for listening to them. I'm very picky about my music and what i listen to and what i don't now a days (but i wasn't like that a couple years back when i listened to anything and everything [though i still have a wide selection today]). I'm a big fan of John Mayer and saw him in concert a few months back on Valentines Day with some friends of mine, that was an awesome concert (if you get the chance to see him... GO!) and the opening band was Maroon 5. Well, I was blown away at their onstage presence... truly crazy and amazing! Though some songs I'm not all to crazy about with content, they are ok and your parents probably wouldn't get too made (actually i have a couple friends whose parents bought them tickets when they found out the band was coming to town). I saw Maroon 5 again just the other night and had an awesome time because i got to meet the guys only got 3 out of 5 signatures though... but c'est la vie. it was fun. the opening band was a last minute thing and they flew in from LA that day to do the show. The band is called Big City Rock and WOW! They were great... more than that even they were phanominal <-(SP I'm sure :P) any ways once again this is an awesome band and sound great live, if not better than on their cd which i also bought to check out and because i loved their sound. The lead singer looks like a young Bon Jovi -> I mean he could pass as his son with the way he sings and gets the crowd involved and the way he looks... he has the same smile.
