RE: top 5 bands

I'm not Gurly239 but I heard of Stereotrap when they performed at the New Artist Showcase last year.  I later found out that one of my friends used to sing with them

Yes I also know (of) Stereotrap, saw them at the Vibes as well in 2003.. and they came here and played with Threadline. I talked to them a bit.. and Buzz Collins aka Dave Mills (who is now in Calgary) from FREQ grew up in the same town they did and worked for some of their dads... small world eh? I'm Canadian eh!

Okay, it's me, Gurly239.  I heard of Stereotrap when they came to the camp my parents were directing last year.  We hung out a bit and stuff, but then they left.  i haven't seen or heard about them since, so ya.  I want their cd so bad though!  I can't find it in any stores, and I don't buy stuff on the net, so it kinda sucks cause I can't get it.  I love the bass player, Cass.  He is so cool.  And a great bass player.  You actualy know them?  Wow.  *is awstruck*.  Cool beans

it wasn't during the summer, it was just a weekend retreat in the winter, or spring or something. They were at Christian Enrichment Family Camp and Retreat Centre in southern manitoba.
