No, it's Meghan, a good friend of mine from Bible Study and from the same church that the Starboys go to in Wpg. The beautiful Mrs. Carla Neufeld is pictured on Mike Hill's site (ex bassist of the band.. ) and can be found here with Carlin and Mike... The picture is a year old, and she does look smashingly different now :)
